Skilled Nursing RN or LPN (NOC Shift) Job Description

Towner County Medical Center is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed RN or LPN to join our team for the NOC shift (7:00pm-7:30am) in our Skilled Nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing quality care to our residents and will be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program
  • Current RN or LPN license in the state of North Dakota
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Current CPR certification
